By purchasing a pre-sale item from MÆDEN, you agree to the following terms.

Pre-Sale Orders

Items marked as Pre-Sale are not yet in stock. Orders are placed in advance to secure a piece from the upcoming production run.

Production begins once the pre-sale window closes.

Estimated Shipping Time

Estimated dispatch for pre-sale items is 3–4 weeks after the pre-sale period ends.
Please note this timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on production and shipping timelines.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once their order has been dispatched.

Order Changes & Cancellations

As production is based on pre-sale demand, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once the pre-sale period has ended.

Please ensure your size, shipping address, and order details are correct before completing your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

As these are purchased as pre-sale, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on these items. Please choose sizing and colour wisely.

Production Model

Our pre-sale model allows us to produce items based on actual demand, helping reduce overproduction and waste while supporting the intentional growth of the MÆDEN brand and community.
